Sales Agreement

The following General Terms and conditions apply between the vendor and the consumers of Jokoth products.
This terms and condition will only apply once transaction has taken place and the order has been confirmed to the consumer.

Delivery Policy

The goods will be shipped within 3-5 working days based on delivery option as specified by the consumer.

If this is not reasonably possible, due to holidays or transportation issues, our customer service will communicate this on time in our shipping confirmation.
Please fill in your request form for customer Service related issues. We will guarantees response within 3 working days.

It is important to note that, Customized goods are an exception to 3-5 days delivery rule as we need longer lead times for Made to order products.

Business Policy

  • Products will be sold by www.jokoth.com
  • Our company reserves the rights to accept or reject orders from customers which does not comply to our business policies.
  • Our terms and conditions are only restricted between Jokoth(seller) and the registered buyer. Our company is not liable to any third party.
  • Our products are sold under the DUTCH LAW. The contract is active once the transaction has been accepted and order confirmation has been sent by email to the purchasing party. We recommend that you read our Return policy very well before you purchase items from our website.
  • The Consumer has the right to review the General Terms and Conditions which applies for every product before concluding the purchase. We have published a detailed description of the products characteristics, price, shipping details, return policy with visuals for every product sold in our shop.
  • Please note the all prices (except prices for facemasks) are including 21% VAT
  • The purchasing party is required to fill correct Details such as (Name, Delivery Address, phone and email details correctly prior to concluding Purchase at our website. Our company will NOT be held liable to Administrative errors made by the customer leading to delays.
  • JOKOTH must issue an Order confirmation email to the consumer within 24 hours once a transaction has been accepted by our company. Once goods has been dispatched, our customer service will send a Shipping confirmation with a tracking number for the package to the buyer. The package will include a copy of our terms and conditions of sale and return policy.
  • The development of customers order will be made available to the customers to track the delivery progress.
  • We will remove visuals of products which are no longer available immediately once a transaction has been accepted. However, it is sometimes possible that the items’ image is still online due to technical delays. Should this be the case, the Consumer will be notified that the item is no longer available, and amount will be issued back to the customer with immediate effect. The order process is therefore terminated if the item is sold out.
  • By filling in the Order details and clicking the Submit button, the purchasing party automatically accepts our terms and Agreement of our business policies, including Privacy and return policies. The broadcasting language used for our Terms and conditions is English only. We recommend that the customer reads carefully before clicking the submit button.
  • We guarantees high end quality products.
  • We will not accept returned items when the original seal has been tampered with. Please review the return policy.
