Return Policy

Should our customers consider returning the items, we highly advice to leave the packaging and the seals, with original labels intact as we will NOT accept tampered labels or used returns. We strictly recommend that our customers take correct measurements before they confirm their purchase in our webshop. The size table is given in the product description.
Should the colors differ, Jokoth will issue the amount as Credit for your next purchase. In such situation, our customers are free to send back the package within 14 days of the delivery date.
Here’s how:

Simply follow the following steps
  • Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags , seals and labels including the original packaging must remain sealed and not be removed (Any missing or Broken Tags will not be accepted).
  • Pack the items in the order box and stick the pre-paid Shipping label on top of the box.
  • Drop-off your parcel at a the PostNL drop off location.
  • Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

Complaints

Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to our company within 3 working days, after the consumer has discovered the defects.
Our customers are free to fill in the Contact form to file a complaint. This you can find by clicking the Customer service icon on the footer of the homepage.

The Complaints submitted will be answered within a period 48 hours from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, the vendor will respond within the period of 4 working days with a notice of receipt and an indication when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer.

Disputes

The Dutch law applies to agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply. Even if the consumer lives abroad.
Note:The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply.
